I cannot recommend this lovely business more. The most beautiful wooden clock made to order. Cian was so helpful and the end product is just beautiful. I spent ages looking for the perfect gift for my dad, whose love of his two ‘homes’ has always been a huge part of who he is. I stumbled across this and Cian was incredibly kind, working with me to create a piece that combines both places on one canvas. In 2016 on a visit to Letterfrack National Centre of Excellence in Furniture and Wood Design, I spotted a selection of the most beautiful wooden spinning tops, designed by a student. On enquiring about the designer I was directed to Cian Magill. He very kindly arranged to deliver a selection of tops in beautiful gift bags. Since then, I have purchased his stunning maps for wedding and anniversary gifts. Cian is a delight to work with on gifts, so talented, and nothing is a problem. His work is unique and most importantly ‘Déanta in Éirinn’..
I can guarantee that if you give or get one of Cian’s unique pieces, you’ll have something to be totally proud of!

I recently received the gift I’d purchased for a wedding anniversary and it went down a treat.

From helping me finalise the finer points of the idea I had to getting the job completed and out in the post the whole process took a few days. The quality of the work is excellent and Cian was really helpful and great to deal with throughout the process.

I ordered this clock for a newly-retired friend some time ago. She is still singing its praises and absolutely adores it. I loved the idea of capturing time within our cherished Emerald Isle. The use of ancient Irish script on sweet-smelling natural wood also appealed to me. Many thanks, Cian, for your wonderful creation and speedy delivery.

I highly recommend Cian’s art and I do not hesitate to order again any woodwork from him.My partner and I ordered a celtic cross from Cian to give as a present for a wedding. Our first choice was an order from amazon, and that was a mistake because the quality can’t even close to Cian’s work. Of course, we sent back straight away. Luckily, we found him at the last minute and we are very satisfied, actually amazed with all of the details and the personalised high quality cross. I absolutely loved this beautifully handcrafted Irish Hawthorn heart from Magill Woodcraft. It was the perfect gift for visiting friends from the US to take back home and cherish (they were thrilled with it!)
Inscribed with the Irish word for love on the front, what made the piece extra unique was the personalised touch of their names on the back. The craftsmanship and special connection to Irish folklore also makes these hearts the perfect gift for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, Christmas etc. I also really liked that they are sustainably sourced and made in Ireland. The heart also came beautifully presented in its own little bag with a handwritten note from Cian which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend these handcrafted hearts to other customers, thanks Cian!
